Ohio surely has the most varied weather imaginable. These images were taken today at 1:15 PM. The temperature was 32 degrees. Yes, that is indeed snow that you see around the flowers and falling from the sky.
 
At 2:00 PM, the temperature is up to 39 degrees, the sun is shining, and there is steam coming off of everything.
